Limited Lifetime Warranty
Chinook Technical Outdoor offers a limited lifetime warranty on every product to be free from manufacturing and material defects. The warranty is restricted to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. To obtain the warranty the product should be returned to the dealer with original receipt for either repair if possible or replacement on all valid warranties. Please clean your Chinook product before returning to the dealers or cleaning charges must be assessed before a review can be made. Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, damage and use for a purpose other than for which the product designed, are not covered by the Chinook warranty. A charge will be quoted on non-warranty repairs. The Chinook® Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to products that are used for Commercial, industrial or rental purposes.
